Interforum Club SPA and Holiday Village are supplied with mineral water at 64 Degrees Celsius. They are situated near to Borovets resort, capital Sofia, and in the foot of Rila Mountain National Park. The Holiday Village already boasts a wine cellar, a main club-restaurant which offers an exquisite selection of wines and excellent traditional cuisine. Soon the SPA Center and the hot mineral water outdoor swimming pool will be completed.
Each of the houses we offer is supplied with hot mineral water, electric and water installation, central heating system, telephone, cable TV, internet access, secure front door. We have on site maintenance and security services.
The outdoor mineral water swimming pool is free of charge for residents and their guests and there will be a discount for the Spa center services.

Interforum Club is a SPA holiday village, situated in the town of Dolna Banya, Sofia district - 68 km away from Sofia airport, only 17 km away from the SKI resort - Borovets, and a few minutes from the Rila National Park. It is 300 m away of its mineral water spring and 600 m away from the town's center. At the same time it is secluded from the actual town. The newest and biggest golf park in Bulgaria is only 3 km away. A large Aqua park (Bulgarian - German co-investment) is building 300 m away from the Interforum Club.
The complex is connected to a hot mineral water spring, usable for heating, bathing and other daily needs. The water's temperature is 64 Degrees Celsius;. The mineral water is useful for curing many illnesses and detoxing.
The Interforum Club will also offer:

The building of 28 two-floor houses has already began. Each house will be between - 140 to 270 sq. m and all are intended for sale.
Each of the houses has additional land between 550 to 750 sq. m., and the option of adding mineral water for bathing, heating and medical needs.
The Interforum Club has its own back up electricity generator, water, hot mineral water and water purifying station. It also has its own private security and maintenance service.
The project is being financed by one of Bulgaria's most respectable investment banks -Bulgarian American Credit Bank, which exercises direct control over the investment process, quality and the terms of the project.
The building should be completed till 31st December 2007.
During the building process, the client may request changes to the inner design of holiday house (inner disposition, facing, flooring etc.)
