We are pleased to inform you that under provisions of Loan Agreement between Bulgarian-American Credit Bank AD (BACB AD) and Interforum Express Services - G.Marinov ET, BACB is financing the construction of holiday houses village "Interforum club", situated in plots of land, quarter 120 as per regulation plan of Dolna Banya, Dolna Banya municipality, Sofia region including 28 holiday houses with total built up area of 5,198 sq. m.
BACB issues notary certified consent for release of the mortgage of each separate object when receiving the necessary amount for the release as per the loan agreement. To further secure interest of buyers, BACB can issue a reference letter for the release of the respective real estate.
